For UK Mainland (excl. Scottish Highlands) cost are dependent on weight from £3.75 and 6.75. For Overseas postage please contact us on ali@catsandfriends.com and we will inform you of costs.
When will we deliver your model?
We want to get your order off to you as soon as possible. We would normally
expect the goods to be despatched within 1-7 days. If we are out of stock
on a model of your choice, we will get in touch with you to give you more details.
We will not charge your card until your order is ready for despatch or is
being manufactured for you.
Not what you wanted?
So you've received the parcel and it really is not what you wanted after all.
No problem! As long as all the packaging is intact and the product has not
been used, just send it back within 14 days of receipt and we'll give you
a refund, exchange or credit straight away (not including postal charges).
Oh no! Its broken.
In the unlikely event of faulty toys, please tell us immediately. In the model
trade we pride ourselves on the quality of our goods, but to continue that
quality we need to know of any problems. Please contact Paul or Ali straight
away and we will arrange to get it picked up and organise an exchange, refund

Important When your order is delivered a signature will be required by our
carriers or Royal Mail recorded delivery.
If nobody is around to do this a card will be left informing you of the delivery
attempt.
This card will give you all the info on how to either collect your parcel or
get it re-delivered.
If you do not collect the parcel it will be returned to us. We will then give
you a call to see if you still require the goods.
If you do wish us to resend your order then you will need to pay an additional
postal charge, the amount of this charge is the cost to us and we will inform
you of the cost before we resend your order. If your order originally qualified
for free delivery we will have to charge for the second delivery.
If you decide you do not want your order resent then we will offer a refund
for the goods but we cannot refund the original postal charge. If your order
originally qualified for free delivery you will be refunded minus our delivery
costs.
